Music, lights, and the car in your driveway

Light Show Labs is an independent project dedicated to creating custom Tesla Light Shows inspired by the music people love.

The work sits between music, creativity, and automotive technology. A show is a timed sequence for the lights and closures a Tesla can use while parked, built around a song somebody actually wants to hear.

The public library is the community side of the project. When a completed show is published there, visitors can preview it and download the files for free. That download is not a subscription, and it does not require an account.

A custom song request is separate. It costs $5.00. The fee helps support the time, testing, software, and resources involved in creating and verifying a custom show. Paying the fee asks Light Show Labs to consider the song. It does not buy access to shows that are already free in the library.

Not every song will be practical to program, and there is no promised turnaround time. After a payment is verified in the payment service, Light Show Labs follows up by email about what happens next.
